Who leads the curation
Alessandro Lagden
Over more than 30 years working in customer service, sales and management, Alessandro has built a career with a clear purpose: helping people make safe decisions and achieve results. For the past 15 years he has specialized in Rio de Janeiro's real estate market, selling new launches and mid- to high-end properties.
In that time he has taken part in the sale of more than 300 units, totaling over R$ 112 million in sales, and has carried out around 1,000 consultations — always focused on understanding each client's goals and recommending the best investment strategy. Today he specializes in studios and new launches in the city's areas with the greatest appreciation potential: Barra da Tijuca, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Centro and Zona Sul.
For Alessandro, buying a property goes far beyond choosing a unit — it is a wealth decision that calls for analysis, planning and a long-term view. That is why his work is to offer personalized advice based on market data, appreciation potential, returns, cash flow and each investor's profile.
