About the development

In the 1960s, Oscar Niemeyer designed cylindrical towers for Barra da Tijuca. Only three were built, and this is one of them. Niemeyer 360 Residences gives the tower back to the city with a facade renovated by Paulo Sérgio Niemeyer, the architect's great-grandson, and layouts that use the curved shape to open up views in every direction.
There are 448 homes on 37 floors: 40 m² studios, which can be combined into 2-bedroom layouts, 80 m² duplexes and penthouses. The top two floors form a shared panoramic rooftop, and the upper floors have ocean views. The building is already finished, so you can move in or rent out right after buying.
