MO.dO Copa Posto 4 is the new launch from MO.dO Design Living, ARKT's signature studio brand — the same group behind Bossa 107 in Ipanema and the first studio building on the Copacabana seafront, sold out in 24 hours. The brand is already in Botafogo and now arrives at Posto 4.
The facade and interiors are by Estúdio Tupi, in an off-white, deep blue and wood palette. The art panel in the lobby and on the rooftop is by Mario Bands and depicts where the sky meets the sea. Short-term rentals are handled by Charlie, which also produced the returns study.
