About the development

At the former Hotel Everest address, one block from the beach, IPA Studios Design brings together 190 studios and garden units with architecture by Cité Arquitetura, executive design by Insite Arquitetos and interiors by Studio Ro+Ca. The common areas use the Ipanema tile collection, created by Oskar Metsavaht for Portobello as a tribute to the boardwalk's Portuguese stones.
The building is already finished: the occupancy permit was issued in November 2025. Up top, the rooftop looks out over the ocean, Dois Irmãos hill and the Lagoon at the same time; below, the garden units have a private terrace with the charm of a house. Development and construction are by SIG Engenharia.
